Our Demands
No more austerity: welfare not warfare - Invest in housing, public services and the welfare state, not in militarism, the drive to war or increased defence spending. Stop the attacks on disabled people - end cuts to services and benefits, scrap the two-child cap and reinstate the Winter Fuel Allowance.
Tax the rich - Introduce a wealth tax so that those with the broadest shoulders pay their fair share. End tax avoidance schemes and make big corporations pay their taxes.
Invest in public services - invest in our NHS and schools. Bring water, rail, mail and energy back into public ownership.
Stop arming Israel - Cut all ties and investments with apartheid Israel. No support for genocide. Solidarity with the Palestinian people and their fight for justice.
Refugees welcome - Stop the scapegoating of migrants, refugees and Muslims. No to deportations. Don't let the far right divide us!
Action on the climate emergency - No more investment in fossil fuels - invest instead in a million green jobs to deliver the sustainable economy we need
Workers deserve better - Solidarity with workers on strike for pay rises and against job cuts & attacks on conditions. Increase the minimum wage to at least £15 per hour. We demand full union rights and the repeal of the anti-union laws.
Support LGBT+ people - Defend diversity, equality, inclusion and the rights we've won. We oppose the scapegoating of women, LGBT+ people and demand trans rights now.

By leafleting our local shopping centres, high streets and wider community we are building the largest possible coalition for a fairer, more equal society.
When someone joins, they will be added to our mailing list and we can inform them about actions we are supporting including the next National Demonstration for Palestine on Saturday 17 May and the People's Assembly demo for No More Austerity on Saturday 7 June, as well as local actions and We Demand Change summits across the country.
