Help us take We Demand Change around the country, fill in the survey below.

Thank you for being part of We Demand Change. Whether you were at the Summit on 29 March in person or joined us online, you’re part of something powerful — a growing call for justice, equality, and real change.

But this is just the beginning.

We’re building a movement that reaches every corner of the UK. One that puts people before profit, ramps up welfare instead of warfare, and demands that the wealthiest pay their fair share.

Here’s the plan:

  • We Demand Change summits in towns and cities across the country — bringing local communities together to organise, strategise, and speak out.

  • A mass campaign calling for Welfare not Warfare and taxing the rich, to win a fairer society for all.

  • A set of demands from the movement, for the movement — shaped by people like you, to unite our struggles and strengthen our voice.

We want you to be part of what comes next.

Take the survey below to get involved in your local area, help shape the campaign, and stay connected.

What's next?

Join the summit

We call on all trade unionists, campaigners and activists to join us on 29th March in Central London to begin to construct - through debate and discussion - a network of activists across campaigns and unions to turn the tide on despair.

A network that can deliver solidarity to those who are taking action to protect their living standards and with those who are building the movements to free Palestine, end the drive to a war economy, stop the far right and prevent the further deterioration of our planet.

Multiple protest signs are being held up by people. The main sign in the center reads 'Respect Existence or Expect Resistance' with a fist graphic in the middle. Other signs reference names and call for attention to social issues. The background shows trees and some buildings with a somber and determined atmosphere.

The world we live in is framed by multifaceted crises, from raging wars and genocide to climate and ecological crisis and the threat of the far right. A decade of austerity has led to historic cuts in our wages and conditions.

It is shocking that in the 21st Century the phrase ‘workplace poverty’ has become a normalised term to describe those in work who can’t afford to survive.

It is only through our mass campaigning that we can begin to tip the balance in favour of those who create the wealth and away from bosses and bankers who don’t.
